Dr Freny Kalapesi is a locally trained ophthalmologist with further subspecialty training in the United Kingdom.

She manages general ophthalmology, including cataract surgery and lifestyle lenses, glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration. Dr Kalapesi's special interest is in Oculoplastic Surgery including Eyelid Malpositions (blepharoplasty surgery, ptosis surgery, brow lift surgery, ectropion, and entropion surgery), periorbital eyelid cancer removal and reconstruction, watery eyes including tear duct surgery, thyroid eye disease, botulinum toxin treatment in the periorbital region and orbital disease.
